Kinzler Acquires Cocoon (Eden Praire, MN):
Effective Friday, August 1st Kinzler Construction Services, Inc. has acquired Cocoon Home Performance Solutions. Cocoon is based in Eden Prairie, MN and is a building envelope contractor specializing in insulation, weatherization and performance testing. They have served the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area (“Twin Cities”) in Minnesota. Cocoon will operate as a wholly owned division of Kinzler. The branch leader at this location will be Steve Schirber, the founder of Cocoon. We are honored to have Steve and his team be a part of our team.
