Sound Dampening with Rockwool Insulation

Controlling sound between units at the Auberage of Tyler apartment community in Tyler, TX is a top priority for Abby Development and builder Hand Construction.

The local experts at Kinzler Construction Services installed rockwool blown-in-blanket insulation between floors and in shared walls at this new, 234-unit, high-class complex. Because of its high density, rockwool is great at reducing noise and absorbing sound.

We followed our proven process for quality installation by inspecting the completed job and grading our installers on the quality of their work.

We Insulate You All Winter

Kinzler solves problems and gets the job done right – even in cold winter temps!

Hage Homes’ is building a beautiful new Minneapolis home with a modern design and a flat roof. They hired Kinzler Construction Services to install closed cell spray foam, which acts as a water vapor and air barrier, to prevent any moisture issues that may arise due to the flat roof design.

Because of the cold temperatures, Kinzler provided heat at the job-site in order to get the substrate to an acceptable temperature for spray foam installation.

We followed our proven process for quality by inspecting the completed job and grading our installers on the quality of their work. In addition, we did a blower-door test to confirm that our spray foam and caulking made the home airtight and code compliant.

How to Optimize Your Marketing Spend

by Jason Mortvedt
Kinzler Construction Services Marketing Director

Today we look at your choices for where to spend your marketing dollars. The options are more complex than ever.

Check out the chart below. There are a couple very interesting takeaways:

  • U.S. consumers spent the most time watching TV and using mobile devices, which is also where the lion’s share of advertising dollars went.
  • The one area which receives more ad dollars than it should is print, based on how much (or little for that matter) time people spend reading newspapers and magazines.

Optimizing your marketing and advertising spend for 2019 probably means more mobile. Better targeting makes mobile ads more accurate and more effective.
