Kinzler Construction Services in Ankeny, Iowa partnered with Pro-Line Building Company to install spray foam in a new maintenance shop. When it comes to spray foam, this particular insulation material expands to fill and weatherize crevices and cavities. It is effective in filling gaps around pipes, windows, doors, and much more!

Kinzler Construction Services in Tyler, Texas partnered with Whiting-Turner Construction to insulate and apply fire protection to their Highland Springs Senior Independent Living project. Spray foam is an effective insulation material that will give residents a comfortable living environment by aiding in the maintenance of indoor temperatures. Highland Springs is a community in Dallas, Texas that provides a vibrant experience to its senior living residents.
Kinzler installed a 3” closed cell foam roofline with a full-fill net and blow for J. Tillman Group.
Greenberg Smoked Turkey Inc. is nearing completion on a new shipping and freezer facility after a fire and series of explosions severely damaged its storage facilities in November, 2021.
Kinzler installed spray foam, blown-in-blanket, batt insulation and foam board to smoothly blend the old and the new while ensuring a proper thermal boundary for future comfort and energy savings.
This historic home in Boulder is being converted into apartment units by Urban Green Development. Bringing the building up to code presented some unique challenges in achieving energy efficiency.
Mezayek Building in Tyler, TX partnered with Garland & Jones Insulating Services to insulate approximately 30 homes in their “Townhomes at Hamilton Ridge” project.
This home was built in 1907 and was recently purchased by a new homeowner that is in the process of turning it into a net-zero home, pursuing Green Star certification.
