Kinzler Construction Services in Denver, Colorado completed multiple phases of one of their new residential buildings. Pictured, is phase II of the Santa Fe and Inca building. Santa Fe is a 5-story building, while Inca is a 6-story building. Santa Fe building is 1st floor retail with five wood framed floors above for residents and underground parking. Inca building has 1st floor residential units with L2 parking. L3-L6 is wood framed residential units.
