This home was built in 1907 and was recently purchased by a new homeowner that is in the process of turning it into a net-zero home, pursuing Green Star certification.
A home performance assessment was conducted to create a specific scope of work aimed towards preventing ice dams and improving overall home performance.
With winter quickly approaching traditional insulation methods were not ideal so A-Line and Kinzler worked together to set a schedule to get the structure dried out so that we could insulate the building from the inside.
