Scope of Work
Roof & Upper Assembly
- Applied 7″ closed-cell spray foam (JM GEN IV) to all roof deck areas.
- Followed with No-Burn Plus THB for fire protection compliance.
- Assembly designed for optimal energy efficiency and long-term performance.
Exterior Walls

Installed R-21 Kraft-faced batt insulation, providing consistent thermal resistance and moisture control.
Interior Walls

Parking Garage
